Horse Riding in the Cotswolds - fun ride off-road course with optional jumps
Our Cotswold Horse Fun Rides start and finish at the Cotswold Farm Park, covering approximately 10 miles* of varied terrain across our farm estate with 50 jumps that suit all ages and abilities.
The events is ticketed to allow set start times and limit horse numbers, to ensure riders can take their time and are not crowded.
Tickets inclue a free tea, coffee or squash, a loyalty card and a special rosette for every rider. There is plenty of parking and the Ox Shed restuarant will also be open.
* There is a dedicated Novice Ride slot on the last day designed to support and build confidence for less experienced horse-riders. There is also an optional shortcut that reduces the course to about 7 miles, all jumps are optional.

AGRIA CHARITY FUN RIDE
On 5th and 6th September, we invite you to join us with your beloved equine companion for The Agria Charity Ride, where Agria will donate £5 per rider to one of their three chosen beneficiaries - Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA), World Horse Welfare and Retraining of Racehorses (RoR)

The Ox Shed restaurant will be serving a delicious locally sourced breakfast and lunch, as well as a wide selection of drinks with takeaway options available after your ride.

With dates from April to November, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy our secluded estate.
The Course
Our Cotswold Horse Fun Rides start and finish at the Cotswold Farm Park, where there are hot and cold refreshments available in our restaurant, as well as toilet facilities.
There is also ample suitable parking for horse boxes.
The route covers approximately 10 miles of varied terrain with an optional shortcut that reduces the course by around 3 miles.
The course offers 50 optional jumps to suit all ages and abilities. We limit our ticket availability to set start times and horse numbers, to ensure you can take your time and enjoy your own space throughout the ride.

September 5th & 6th Fun Ride: In Partnership with Agria

- How long is the Cotswold Fun ride? The rides start and finish at the Cotswold Farm Park, and covers approximately 10 miles of varied terrain with an optional shortcut that reduces the course by around 3 miles to 7 miles in total.
- Is there parking space for horse boxes? Yes there is ample parking for horse boxes, cars and trailers.
- Are there toilet facilities available? Yes, these are available in the Ox Shed restaurant.
- Are dogs welcome? Yes they are, but note that dogs are not able to go into the Farm Park itself, but can also enjoy the Ox Shed restaurant and shop.
- Can I visit the Farm Park? You're welcome to visit the farm park, it's open daily from 9.30am to 5pm.
- What ability of riders do you cater for? All the jumps are optional so can easily be avoided, also there is an option to shorten the course by 3 miles. We also offer a dedicated Novice Ride slot on the last day designed to support and buid confidence for less experienced horse-riders.
- Where do I get my free drink from? The Ox Shed is open from 9.30am with plenty of seating inside and out. Dogs are welcome as welll.
- Where do I get my picture from of the event? The pictures are all uploaded to the website and you can access them here
- Do you hire horses ? No unfortunately we do not offer the hire of horses. To participate in our Fun Rides, riders must bring their own horses. Non-riders are welcome to enjoy the Farm Park's amenities during the event.
