Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 Entrants must not be employed or engaged by a member of Cotswold Farm Park Holidays.
1.2 Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
2. The entries
2.1 For a valid entry, you must book your holiday directly via www.cotswoldfarmpark.co.uk website or by calling us on 01451 850307.
2.2 Entries will count from 00:01 am on 1 December 2024 – 23:59pm on 31 December 2024, the winner will then be contacted via email and announced on our social media.
2.3 Bookings via third parties will not be entered into the prize draw.
2.4 All cancelled bookings will be removed from the prize draw.
3. The prize
3.1 The winner will be offered a full refund for their accommodation only, to the original payment method — no exceptions.
3.2 The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or refunded for cash.
3.3 If we are unable to refund the original payment method, a holiday voucher will be issued in its place and will be valid on all arrival dates until 1st November 2025.
4. Other
4.1 Our decision regarding any aspect of this competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.2 The winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the promotion, which may include the publication of their name.
4.3 Cotswold Farm Park Holidays reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
